Birch

over the last 3 and a half year we have been working with the Birch Group to develop fun outdoor spaces that engage and educate
guests in a full circle approach to farming. We produce produce for the hotel in Hertfordshire;
set within 55 acres of grounds are 140 bedrooms, a bakery, 2 restaurants run by Robin Gill , a
co-working space, fitness studios, and pottery, screening, music, and art rooms.

Full Circle Farms have been key in supporting the development of this new venture, including the build of a 5km running track, engagement spaces, Covid-secure entertainment as well as delivering farming education sessions. with the Famous Farmer Toms Tours.

we have now handed the rains back to Birch and with them luck as they continue forward.

ZEBRA RIDING CLUB

The Zebra Riding Club is a restaurant led by nature – using the growing farm, woods, and produce surrounding it throughout the year.

In partnership with Robin Gill and Ben Rand, renowned chefs from The Dairy and Sorella, The Zebra Riding Club is based within the grounds of Birch (handle.silk.comet), just 30 minutes north of London.

Full Circle Farms has now handed this project over to the new team at Birch and we wish them all the luck with there projects moving forward.

THE GARDEN ARMY

We’re really proud to that Full Circle Farms are working with The Garden Army, an organisation set up to provide therapeutic horticulture sessions to aid mental well-being.

They have big ambitions for there little corner of West Sussex these include:

  • The completion of the therapeutic farm and kitchen garden

  • A Sensory garden

  • A Small farm shop that will sell fresh vegetables to the local community grown by our volunteers.

  • Relaxation and quiet spaces

  • The refurbishment of Big Blue, the Garden Army bus that is used for meetings, tea drinking and visiting guests.

  • Chickens….lots of chickens
