BBC INTERVIEW: FUTURE OF FOOD

An interview for BBC on the Future on green food production and climate change as part of their Follow the Food series. The producers were looking at regenerative agriculture and thought Tom would be a great person to interview for this.

The BBC series wanted Tom’s insight for on-the-ground insight into what regenerative agriculture encompasses and the holistic impact he has in the practices at Full Circle Farms.

What implemented regenerative practices have worked on the farm (which techniques), and the impact Tom has seen on the soil, ecosystem and business in Sussex.
